Business Coaching Services
The scope, themes, forms, and intentions of ElectriciansGetLeads.com (EGL) and it's coaching products, coaching programs, and coaching services are visible on its website in great detail and are known to all of the customers and or the client of the company.

Our Copyright
The client acknowledges the copyrights of Coach Steve, based in Bayonet Point, Florida, USA. Reproductions in any form must have advanced written permission from only Steven Keough aka Coach Steve of EGL, SLQK Enterprises, Inc. and SLQK.net.

Confidentiality
EGL (ElectriciansGetLeads.com) recognizes that customers and clients may have future plans, business affairs, customer lists, financial information, job information, goals, personal information, and other private information. EGL will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, voluntarily use any information for the Coach's own benefit or the Company's benefit or disclosure, or communicate this information to any third party.

Ethics
EGL acknowledges and commits to the Code of Ethics as outlined by the International Coach Federation. EGL does not represent any religious ideologies or are members of any sect, cult, or dogmatic organization of any kind in any capacity. 

Coaching-Language
EGL uses a certain coaching language, which is designed to reinforce the impact of the Coaching Sessions and or Business Products and or Coaching Services. This type of language uses common words but rearranges the grammar in such a way that the wording matches the functioning of lessons and or programs. Therefore; the impact of the conversation with EGL Coaching Sessions and or products and services is comparatively significantly higher. You also may be offered a Coach whose native language is not yours. EGL has assured that this Coach (Steve Keough) has full capacity to act in the capacity of a Business Coach and to coach you consistently with the level of quality you expect from EGL and the Coaching Industry regardless of any accents of the assigned Coach(s).

Quality-Guarantee
The satisfaction of its clients is EGL's highest priority. To provide the very best coaching, products, skills, sessions, lessons, and methods is EGL's ongoing commitment. It is EGL's philosophy to do whatever it takes in order for the customers and clients to achieve their desired results in the most effective way possible, so long as it is ethical, legal, and moral.

No-Replacement
EGL products and services do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders, as defined by the National Psychiatric Association. EGL sessions, products, and services are NOT a substitute for proper counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment and the client will NOT use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. EGL sessions, products, and services are NOT to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, or any other qualified professional(s). You acknowledge You will seek independent professional guidance for any legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, or other matters. All decisions in these areas are exclusively those of the client alone and she or he acknowledges that her or his decisions and actions regarding her or his sole responsibility are NOT that of Electricians Get Leads and or its Ambassadors or Affiliates.

Length-of-Your-Coaching-Sessions
The average duration of an EGL “Business” Coaching, if chosen, is 45 minutes, sometimes 60 minutes, depending on what you’ve purchased. A Coaching Session may be completed earlier, or later. An EGL Coach does NOT look at her or his watch frequently, however with 10 minutes remaining in your coaching session the Coach will declare verbally a “10-Minute Warning!” Your Coach assesses the possible additional length of the current coaching session to perhaps be extended, with prior permission, and informs the client about this (if looking long, or short). The client now can choose for themselves to either continue the elongated session free of charge or can end any session instead.

Billing
The billing of the delivered coaching products and services will be executed on the online purchase date (each month online for the month’s coaching services). The first coaching session cannot start unless a deposit is on account, and your questionnaire has been returned for assignment. The billing is done by either e-Transfer, Credit Card, or PayPal and or recurring billing on Merchant Service (Stripe) transactions by a credit card or debit card in your name and on a credit card account or an e-transfer with enough available balance credit to accept your monthly Coaching Fee as agreed to by both parties, 

Additional-Costs
Because coaching is delivered by telephone, Google Meet, or Zoom, the Coach will phone the Client at the pre-arranged time acknowledging that any fees associated with these calls are the direct expense of the Client. Our Coaches use cell phone plans, Google.com or Zoom.us to reduce or eliminate costs, therefore we encourage our Clients to use the same: Google.com and or Zoom.us as well for the cheapest possible connection fees incurred. 

Session-Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. There will be NO refund or credit for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled session, nor will the calls be made up under these circumstances. With proper notice in advance, calls can be made up and the scheduling can occur for a New appointed time to make up the missed call.

Liability
The Client is fully responsible for themselves and their actions within and outside of the Coaching Sessions, coaching products, or relationships. They are liable for their own possible damages if incurred. EGL is 100% Released from any liability or claims made by the Client, whether intentional, or by accidental means. EGL is 100% released from liability! 

Cancellations-by-EGL
EGL asks you for your understanding that we reserve the right to rarely cancel Coaching Sessions. For example, in the case of illness, holiday, or natural disaster (Power Outages or Internet Outages). However, we shall in every case inform the client before the scheduled session is to occur and make the session up at the earliest possible time convenient to the Client and the Coach as well. Cancellations are almost always out of the control of EGL.

Court-of-Jurisdiction
Doesn't Apply. EGL will not employ juristic steps to carry through their rights. This matches the holistic philosophy lived by EGL and our commitment is to make things right by the client, avoid court cases and get to the bottom of the issue by offering refunds, additional sessions, additional products, or some form of a soft landing for the client to stop their coaching and offer proper closure to make things end as they begin, classy.
